From the ancient liqueur tradition of the Florensi monks, who took office in the year 1000 in San Giovanni in Fiore and through the use of Silane herbs the bitter of Abbot was born, ideal drunk at the end of the meal, excellent in accompanying desserts of traditions.
Sila in its woods and clearings is rich in aromatic essences with an intoxicating scent and multiple healing properties. The custom of collecting herbs to obtain digestive liqueurs was born in the monasteries and abbeys by the herbal monks who had a profound knowledge of plants and had discovered all virtues. The bitterness, which is obtained by maceration in distilled water and pure alcohol, is composed of a miscellany of bitter and aromatic herbs, whose recipe is strictly secret.
Ingredients: Neutral alcohol water, sugar, herbal infusion, pure caramel of sugar, exclusively natural aromas.
It does not contain artificial dyes.
Alcoholic gradation: 35% vol.
