The apples, ginger and cinnamon jam made by the Benedictine friars of the Saint Peter and Paul monastery, reveals a pleasant scent and cinnamon taste, well balanced with apples, rich in fiber, and freshly ground ginger, natural energizing. The use of fructose allows to limit the amount of sugar naturally present in fruit.

Excellent in any pairing from savory to sweet.
