GRIGNOLINO WINE DOC EULI FROM MONFERRATO

Wine made from Grignolino grapes from Monferrato in Piedmont. Light, bright ruby colour, slight hints of scarlet and small purple nuances. The olfactory note is delicate of berries and herbs. In the mouth it is subtle and rich with notes of pepper and spices and a slightly tannic, persistent finish

Soil: clay, fermentation limestone: in stainless steel for 21-23 days

Aging: 12-18 months in stainless steel and concrete, before bottling refinement: 6 months in the bottle before alcohol sale: 13.0%
