Located in the Biella area, it enhances the Italian rice supply chain through sustainable practices, the use of recyclable materials and processing methods that preserve the natural properties of the grain. It combines agricultural tradition with innovation, offering products that bring together quality, traceability and attention to presentation. The entire production process takes place in Piedmont, with direct control over every stage.\u003cbr\u003eBaldo Rice is a historic Italian rice variety, obtained by crossing Arborio with Stirpe 136.
