Intense fragrance with apricot notes and dried figs to which is addes the bitter almond typical of this vine grape variety. In the mouth it is full, well balanced in its sugary and acidic components that make it easy to drink. Long finish with notes of dried fruit and caramel.

One of the oldest vines in the world and the oldest in Piedmont, It belongs to the great family of the Moscati. The clone of this aromatic grape, reminiscent of the yellow muscat, is extinct. Dead plants are now only replaced by grafting. The name derives from the Latin Muscus / moss. Imported from Greece in Roman times and also owes its name to the intense almondy note.

Manual harvest and drying for 1 month in boxes. Destemming and soft crushing using a pneumatic membrane. Flotation and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at a temperature of around 17° for 20/25 days. 24 months in tonneaux and a minimum of 3 months in the bottle.


Soil type: limestone-clayey of marine origin. Presence of sandstone called canton stone, used in the construction of buildings was formed at coral reefs and tropical beaches with a high presence of algae that gave the soils high calcium carbonate contents.
