PESTO: ANCIENT RECIPE

Few and simple ingredients, but carefully selected, for this pesto, made carefully following the traditional recipe.

Ingredients: olive oil, Italian concentrated basil 31%, salt, pine nuts, garlic, wine vinegar, Seasons and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses (milk, salt, rennet).

For 100 grams of pesto, 79 grams of fresh basil are used!
