Located in the Biella area, it enhances the Italian rice supply chain through sustainable practices, the use of recyclable materials and processing methods that preserve the natural properties of the grain. It combines agricultural tradition with innovation, offering products that bring together quality, traceability and attention to presentation. The entire production process takes place in Piedmont, with direct control over every stage.
Carnaroli Classico Rice is a premium “Long A” rice, appreciated for its large, oval grain with a distinctive opalescent central pearl that promotes the absorption of flavours and aromas during cooking. Thanks to its structure, it offers excellent cooking resistance: it does not overcook or become soft and retains its shape and definition even in the creamiest risottos. Its high starch content helps achieve a naturally creamy texture, making it ideal for refined risottos. It is perfect not only for traditional risottos but also for more elaborate dishes such as supplì and arancini, where consistency and cohesion of the grain are essential.
Cooking time: 18–19 minutes

Ingredients
Carnaroli Classico rice. GLUTEN-FREE
Store in a cool, dry place.

Available size
480 g glass jar with dispensing lid BALCCV480

Perfect pairing
Italiamy recommends pairing Carnaroli Classico Rice with high-quality saffron to prepare a risotto with an intense, aromatic flavour, bringing out the natural creaminess of the grain.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0619/6065/0973/files/riso-carnaroli-classico-italiano-piemontese-vaso-la-balocchina.png?v=1769606313
