Filtration is carried out exclusively using natural methods, through refrigeration and paper filters, without the use of chemical agents. Only carefully selected, premium ingredients are used, including fine Piedmontese wines and a balanced blend of Alpine botanicals hand-picked in the Cuneo Alps, enriched with exotic spices. Made with white wine and prestigious Piedmontese red wines, it is flavoured with wormwood, marjoram, fennel, lime blossom, coriander, citrus peel, cardamom, bigarade orange, Bourbon vanilla, cloves, gentian root, Calisaya cinchona and sage.
