Refund policy

1. Pursuant to articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
2. To exercise this right, the customer must send to Italiamy a communication to that effect within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent to Italiamy using one of the following methods:
- registered letter returned to Italiamy by Duregon Amelia, Via Partigiani 24 bis - 28012 Cressa (NO) - Italy (NO)
- by e-mail to Italiamy @pec.it
Pursuant to art. 56 Consumer Code The deadline for reimbursement by ItaliaMY is 14 days starting from receipt of the withdrawal communication; The refund will be retained over 14 days only until the test by the consumer to have returned the goods or until they were received by Italiamy.
Any shipping costs are reimbursed to the consumer, as well as the price of the asset, only in case of non-delivery or damage during shipment.
3. The right of withdrawal is however subjected to the following conditions: - the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to exercise recess only on part of the purchased product; - the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the completion of the customer; - in case of damage to the goods during transport, Italiamy will communicate to the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the good in its own warehouses), to allow him to protrude a complaint against the courier he chosen and get the repayment of the Value of the good (if insured). In this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its restitution simultaneously by canceling the request for withdrawal; - Italiamy does not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned with unauthorized shipping;
4. Italiamy will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 days of returning the goods by bank transfer. It will take care of the customer to provide bank details on which to obtain refund (header and Iban of the current account where you can accredit the transfer).
5. The right of withdrawal totally decides, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (package and / or its contents), in cases where italymy increased a manipulation of the goods different from the one necessary to establish nature, characteristics and the Maintenance of goods.
