The bags of Cervia® cocoa & salt pralines with pistachio and caramel represent two refined interpretations of Gardini's chocolate art. The pistachio pralines are made with an extra dark chocolate shell that encloses a soft pistachio ganache, while the caramel pralines have a milk chocolate shell with an enveloping salted caramel heart. Both references are enriched by the unmistakable sweet salt of Cervia®, which enhances the aromas and creates an elegant balance between sweetness and flavor.
