Novellone are milk shortbread biscuits with a soft, comforting flavour, created to be the perfect companion at breakfast. They offer all the familiar simplicity and indulgence you would expect from a classic shortbread biscuit.

Ingredients
Type “00” soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, milk, eggs, potato starch, honey, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, wheat starch), salt, natural flavourings.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
