ORTOMAYO® VEGAN ZUCCHINI MAYONNAISE

Casa Iuorio's vegetables and greens are grown following the natural rhythms of land and seasons. We exclusively use seeds of native varieties, without resorting to intensive cultivation or greenhouses. The plants grow in the open field, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. The transformation takes place directly in Casa Iuorio, selecting only perfectly ripe vegetables. Even the potting and labeling are handcrafted, guaranteeing an authentic and genuine product.
Fresh and delicate vegetable cream, prepared with 80% courgettes and extra virgin olive oil. The soft texture and slightly aromatic taste, enriched by basil, make it a light and tasty alternative to traditional mayonnaise. Vegan, without eggs, preservatives, gluten and lactose, it is perfect for accompanying summer dishes and light preparations.

Ingredients
Courgettes 80%, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, whole sea salt, basil.
Without eggs, preservatives, lactose. GLUTEN FREE.
Store in a cool place and away from light sources. After opening, store in the refrigerator at a maximum of +5 °C and consume within 2 weeks. Shake before use.
