100% FRANTOIO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Extra virgin olive oil of the highest category, obtained directly from olives and solely through mechanical processes. It is cold-extracted, with free acidity (expressed as oleic acid) below 0.8%. It is produced from sun-ripened olives of the Frantoio cultivar. The olives are hand-harvested at the end of October and immediately processed to preserve the unique characteristics of the oil. The aroma recalls fresh leaves, green apple, and artichoke. The flavour is fruity, with a light spicy note. 
It is perfect for any dish: exquisite on soups, for seasoning cooked vegetables, bruschetta, or grilled meats.
