Perchè Ci Credo is an artisanal company founded in 2007 that produces not only sauces, condiments, and jams, but also pasta, enhancing the authentic flavors of the Salento area. Dried pasta made with 100% Saragolla wheat, one of the lowest in gluten among ancient grains, processed by a small mill in Lecce. Saragolla wheat allows for an excellent product in which organoleptic characteristics are preserved and digestibility is enhanced. The process is 100% artisanal, with stone grinding and bronze drawing.
