100% LECCINO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Extra virgin olive oil of the highest category, obtained directly from olives and solely through mechanical processes. It is cold-extracted, with free acidity (expressed in oleic acid) below 0.8%. It is produced from sun-ripened olives of the Leccino cultivar. The nose is delicate, with distinct notes of green apple, almond, and vanilla. On the palate, pronounced notes of green apple and almond are found, with a slightly spicy, herbaceous finish, balanced by the typical sweetness of the cultivar. Perfect for soups, it pairs well with cooked vegetables, bruschetta, seafood, and lake fish salads.
