Dry pasta made with 100% Saragolla wheat, the poorest of gluten among ancient grains, transformed by a small Lecce mill. Saragolla wheat allows to obtain a product of excellence in which the organoleptic characteristics are preserved and digestibility is greater. The processing is 100% artisan with stone grinding and bronze drawing.
