ACACIA HONEY

Acacia Honey stands out for its delicate aroma of spring white flowers, with subtle notes reminiscent of sugared almonds and Bourbon vanilla. On the palate, it is sweet and silky, with a lingering finish that reflects its delicate aromatic profile and reveals a fresh note of sweet almond. Naturally rich in fructose and highly hygroscopic, it remains liquid and dissolves easily. Highly versatile in the kitchen, it is ideal with goat’s cheese, pecorino, blue cheeses and matured cheeses, as well as for preserving or candying fruit and vegetables. In sweet preparations, it enhances fruit salads while helping to limit oxidation, and is perfect for glazing fruit tarts and cakes, helping them retain their shine and freshness.
