The Azienda Agricola Manicardi Acetaia was founded in 1980 on the hills of Castelvetro, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, in an area particularly suited to quality viticulture. Manicardi PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from a mixture of cooked grape must and wine vinegar, according to PGI specifications, and aged in wooden barrels which enrich its aromatic profile. The result is a balanced and versatile product characterized by a harmonious sweet-and-sour taste and a fluid consistency, ideal for enhancing salads, vegetables, and cheeses, while guaranteeing the quality and authenticity of the Modena tradition.
