AGED GRAPPA

Aged Grappa is a refined blend of Teroldego, Pinot Noir and Traminer grappas, obtained from pomace from the company's vineyards, carefully selected and distilled according to the traditional Trentino bain-marie method. The long 25-month refinement in oak barrels gives the distillate an elegant amber color and a rich and enveloping aromatic profile. Intense notes of vanilla, custard and dried stone fruit emerge on the nose, while on the palate it stands out for its velvety and rounded consistency, delicate alcohol content and a pleasant freshness that supports its balance. The result is a grappa with broad and elegant aromas, warm but austere, capable of best expressing the nobility of the vines used and the complexity developed during the long aging period.
