Pale pink with coppery highlights, bright and clear. The nose is intense, concentrated and fragrant, revealing aromas of red fruit such as raspberry and cherry, enriched by subtle notes of biscuit and yeast. On the palate, the freshness and minerality of Pinot Noir combine with the body and persistence of Chardonnay. Its style is unmistakably that of a mountain sparkling wine, worthy of the Trentodoc tradition.

Ageing: the bottled wine undergoes a slow secondary fermentation, followed by 36 months of maturation on the lees. During this period, AlpeRegis develops its distinctive character, producing numerous fine bubbles and complex, persistent aromas
Alcohol content: 12.5% – Contains sulphites
