Brusa is a family-run company, founded in 1974 in the Biella area, which combines the depth of Piedmontese tradition with an innovative and artisanal approach. Brusa's philosophy is based on a combination of respect for traditional knowledge and continuous research, to offer excellent quality.
Amaretti are an excellence of Piedmontese pastry making: crunchy biscuits made with armelline (apricot stones), sugar and egg white, according to an essential and authentic recipe. Their crumbly consistency and delicate taste, but with the slightly bitter note of the kernels, make them perfect to be enjoyed alone, accompanied by a tea or a sweet wine, or even used as a base for desserts such as Piedmontese bonet.
Ingredients
Sugar, kernels, egg white from free-range hens, leavening agent: ammonium bicarbonate. It can contain gluten, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, milk, soy. May contain traces of shells.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
