Produced entirely in Cuneo, an area renowned for the quality of raw materials and artisan tradition. Monasticus is a bitter that represents the result of meticulous herbal research, inspired by the monastic tradition of typical Alpine bitters. This digestive is born from the harmonious meeting of numerous herbs, flowers and roots, which give it a unique and unmistakable aromatic profile. The production strictly follows Bordiga's original recipes, perfected over time, using infusions and distillates made with fine spices and botanicals collected mainly in the Maritime Alps. Even today, these precious raw materials are hand-picked, dried and preserved with natural methods by local mountaineers, to preserve authenticity and quality.
