Casa Iuorio products are created with full respect for the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. They are harvested by hand and processed directly on the farm, selecting only ingredients at their perfect stage of ripeness. Don Carlo green olives, crushed and pitted entirely by hand according to artisanal tradition. Seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, oregano and a delicate touch of chilli, they retain all the intense flavour and natural texture of the original ingredient. A speciality of Mediterranean tradition, ideal for enriching appetisers and aperitifs. The manual preparation makes every jar unique and authentic.

Ingredients
Pitted green olives (57%), extra virgin olive oil (42%), unrefined sea salt, hot chilli pepper, garlic, oregano.
This product is prepared by hand: although all necessary precautions are taken, it may occasionally contain fragments of olive stone.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate at +5°C and consume within 1 month, keeping the product completely covered with oil.
