Harvest: hand-harvested in crates in September

Vinification: Groppello and Barbera undergo two separate vinifications. Antitesi is partly produced from a gentle pressing at 50% yield and partly from a remontage of the cap, giving the wine its significant structure. This distinctive vinification involves prolonged contact of the wine with its fine lees. Here, Antitesi, acquires roundness, power and complexity
