APRICOT JAM

Casa Iuorio's fruit and vegetables are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. We use exclusively seeds of native varieties, without resorting to intensive cultivation or greenhouses. The plants grow in the open field, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. The transformation takes place directly in Casa Iuorio, selecting only perfectly matured raw materials. Even the potting and labeling are handcrafted, guaranteeing an authentic and genuine product.
The apricot jam is made with apricots hand-picked when fully ripe and immediately transformed in the company's internal laboratory. It is produced without preservatives or colourants.

Ingredients
Apricots, sugar, lemon juice. Fruit used: 130 g per 100 g.
Keep in a cool place and away from light sources. Once the jar is opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within a month.
