Artichoke risotto is quality ready-to-cook rice, made with Italian rice to which dried artichokes have been added. Thanks to the selection of the ingredients and the concentration of flavor in the artichokes, the product offers a delicate and recognizable taste profile, combining the structure and firmness of the grain with the characteristic slightly bitter note of the artichokes. Suitable for quick service without sacrificing quality, it is ideal for risottos with a distinctive character, perfect for enhancing menus with spring accents and excellent ingredients.
