Apricots are naturally rich in vitamins A and C and contain valuable minerals such as potassium, iron and calcium. Made with ripe apricots, the compote has a sweet flavour balanced by a delicate tangy note. It is ideal with cheeses, perfect for mixing into drinks or as an ingredient in pastry and dessert recipes.

Ingredients
Apricots, raw beet sugar, thickener: pectin (a natural polymer derived from citrus peel or apples). GLUTEN-FREE.
Fruit content: minimum 70 g per 100 g of product.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
