Sugar-Glazed Taralli are traditional Apulian sweet baked treats made with simple ingredients and coated with a delicate sugar glaze. Fragrant, crumbly and authentic in flavour, they are perfect for breakfast, as a snack or enjoyed with a hot drink.

Ingredients
Type “00” soft wheat flour, fresh eggs, sugar, whey, extra virgin olive oil (2%), olive oil, baking powder, white wine, glutamate, invert sugar, flavourings, flour treatment agent: E300. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame, milk and soya.
Store in a cool place, away from heat sources.
