It includes a refined assortment of Paste di Meliga, Baci di Dama, Chocolate Buttons, Toc ad Mais, Krumiri and Hazelnut Meringues. Each speciality offers its own distinctive character, ranging from rustic and buttery notes to crisp or light textures. Ideal for sharing, afternoon tea, an elegant break or a reception, this assortment brings together a variety of flavours and textures in a single tray.

Ingredients
Paste di Meliga
Type “00” soft wheat flour, butter, maize flour, sugar, barn eggs, honey, barn egg yolk, raising powder (raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch), salt, natural flavourings. May contain walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, soya.

Baci di Dama
Type “00” soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts, dark chocolate (minimum cocoa solids: 53%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), almonds 1.5%, honey. May contain walnuts, sesame seeds, eggs.

Chocolate Buttons
Wheat flour (Italy), butter, sugar, chocolate chips 8% (minimum cocoa solids 44%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin), whole milk, Italian barn eggs, potato starch, honey, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, wheat starch), salt, natural flavourings. Contains gluten, milk, eggs. May contain traces of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), sesame seeds and soya.

Toc ad Mais
Type “00” soft wheat flour, butter, maize flour 17%, sugar, egg yolk, natural flavourings, salt. Apricot filling 4% (apricot purée, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavourings). Contains gluten, eggs, milk. May contain traces of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), sesame seeds, soya, mustard.

Krumiri
Type “00” soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, barn eggs, barn egg yolk, honey, salt, vanillin. May contain walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, soya.

Hazelnut Meringues
Sugar (non-EU), egg white, chopped hazelnuts 5%.
