Maize
Type “00” soft wheat flour 70%, maize flour 30%, extra virgin olive oil, olive oil, white wine, salt. Contains gluten and sulphites. May contain traces of eggs, sesame, nuts.

Multigrain
Cereal flour 40%, cereals (wheat, rye, barley, oats), sunflower seeds, sesame, flax seeds, soya, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, water, salt. Contains gluten and sulphites. May contain traces of eggs, sesame, nuts.

Sesame
Type “00” soft wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, olive oil, white wine, salt, sesame seeds 2%. Contains gluten and sulphites. May contain traces of eggs, sesame, nuts.
