PEAR COMPOTE

Pear Compote reflects the company’s artisanal philosophy. Pears naturally contain fibre, vitamins and minerals. With its sweet flavour and smooth texture, this compote is ideal with cheeses or for enriching desserts and pastry creations, particularly those made with chocolate.

Ingredients
Pears, raw beet sugar, thickener: pectin (a natural polymer derived from citrus peel or apples). GLUTEN-FREE.
Fruit content: minimum 70 g per 100 g of product.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
