Gardini’s Cacao & Sale Dolce di Cervia® pistachio and caramel pralines are a refined expression of the art of chocolate-making. The selection alternates extra-dark chocolate pralines with pistachio ganache and delicate savoury notes with milk chocolate pralines filled with salted caramel. Each creation is enhanced by the distinctive Sale Dolce di Cervia®, the mild sea salt harvested in Cervia, which adds an elegant contrast of flavours. Made with carefully selected ingredients, these pralines achieve a sophisticated balance between sweetness and savouriness, making them ideal for special occasions or as a gourmet gift.

Ingredients
Pistachios, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, lactose, hazelnuts, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar, Cervia whole sea salt (0.3%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of hazelnuts. Origin of salt: EU (Italy).
