The display of assorted Cacao and Cervia Sweet Salt pralines contains two of the most representative creations from the Gardini collection, united by the balance between high quality chocolate and the prized Cervia Sweet Salt. The salted caramel version conquers with a soft caramel heart wrapped in milk chocolate, in which the delicate savory note enhances the sweetness and gives a harmonious and persistent finish. The pistachio praline, however, combines the intensity of Gardini extra dark chocolate with the creaminess of Sicilian pistachio, while the Cervia Sweet Salt adds a refined mineral nuance that enhances the aromatic profile of the filling and chocolate. The assortment thus offers a rich and balanced tasting experience, ideal for satisfying different tastes with two distinctive interpretations of the gourmet praline.
