The Cervia® cocoa & salt pralines with pistachio and caramel are a refined expression of Gardini's chocolatier art: in the package, extra dark chocolate pralines alternate with pistachio ganache and salty notes and milk chocolate pralines with a salted caramel centre, all enhanced by the unmistakable sweet salt of Cervia, which adds an elegant contrast of flavour. This product combines selected raw materials with a careful search for balance between sweetness and flavor, offering a sophisticated tasting experience ideal for special moments or as a gourmet gift idea.

Ingredients
Pistachios, cocoa paste, sugar, butter of cocoa, milk whole powder, sugar milk, hazelnuts, whey milk in powder, milk skimmed powder, caramelized sugar, Cervia whole sea salt 0.3%, emulsifier: lecithin soy, natural vanilla flavour.
May contain traces of hazelnuts. Salt origin: EU (Italy).
