Bahia® nougat is a soft nougat covered in dark chocolate, which combines the Italian confectionery tradition with a more modern and decisive taste. Made with high quality raw materials and without the addition of flavorings or colourants, it is worked slowly to ensure softness, balance and aromatic intensity.

Ingredients
Sugar, almonds 35%, glucose syrup, honey, albumen egg, hosts (potato starch, water, sunflower oil), gelling agent: pectin, flavourings. 20% dark chocolate coating (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin soy, natural vanilla flavour). May contain traces of other nuts e peanuts.
