Condiment based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, obtained from the slow fermentation and maturation of cooked musts and selected aged wines. A harmonious combination of sweet and sour, with complex and deep notes. It is ideal for embellishing risotto and fresh salads, and for enriching fish and vegetable dishes or fruit salads.
Ingredients
Cooked wine must, wine vinegar (wine, water, antioxidant: E220), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 20% (concentrated grape must, coloring: caramel E150d), natural citrus flavors.
Store in a cool and dry place. Sealed, the product can be kept for a maximum of 5 years. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
