Training system: counter-espalier with Guyot pruning 

Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C and maceration of the skins for 8 days with daily pump-overs

Refinement: in oak barrels

Alcohol content: 13.5% - contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
