Deep ruby red color with characteristic garnet reflections. On the nose the bouquet is balsamic with notes of small dehydrated red fruits, wild rose and spices that are linked to a fan-shaped finish between cocoa bean and vanilla. On the palate it is full, with a silky and enveloping tannin; the notable and elegant body leads to a long spicy finish.

Subsequently, the maturation in wood takes place for a total of approximately 24 months: the first 12 in small French oak barrels, with the aim of fixing the color and increasing the aging potential. To this end, the percentage of new woods is perfectly balanced to maintain the identifying characteristics of this Cru.
