BASIL PESTO

The basil pesto is produced in the laboratory adjacent to the fields of Palomonte: immediately after the collection, the basil is washed and transformed by expert hands. It can be used to season pasta and rice or as a garnish on pizzas and gourmet focaccia.

Ingredients
