Liquori Comm. Annunziato Tedesco is a historic Calabrian company based in Molochio, within Aspromonte National Park, specialising in the production of liqueurs and spirits. Bergamot Babà is made with a soft artisanal babà soaked in bergamot liqueur, capturing the intense aromatic character of this prized citrus fruit from Southern Italy. The fragrant syrup, with fresh, citrusy and slightly bitter notes, envelops the cake and enhances its softness, creating a well-balanced and persistent tasting experience.
