BLACK SCHWARZ – LABI BARCH

LABI is an independent craft brewery founded in 2014 in Rosà, near Bassano del Grappa, from three friends’ shared passion for high-quality craft beer. Its name, an acronym for “La Artigianale Birra Italiana”, embodies the spirit of the project and evokes a convivial, cheerful and distinctly Italian way of life. Production focuses on top-fermented beers, inspired primarily by British and Belgian brewing traditions and made with carefully selected ingredients.
Black is a deep, dark beer with a refined and balanced aromatic profile. Its aroma reveals elegant coffee notes and delicate hints of toasted caramel, complemented by a gentle hoppiness that completes the bouquet. On the palate, it surprises with a smooth, creamy texture that is unusual for such a light and refreshing beer. A balanced combination of dark and roasted malts brings depth and complexity to each sip while maintaining remarkable harmony.
