All the artisanal spirit of the company can be found in the blackberry compote. Blackberries are among the fruits richest in antioxidant agents. With an intense aroma and a sweet flavor with a pleasant acidic note, this compote is ideal in combination with cheeses or as a refined ingredient in pastry making.

Ingredients
Blackberries, raw beet sugar, thickener: pectin (natural polymer, derived from citrus or apple peel). GLUTEN FREE.
Fruit content: minimum 70g per 100g of product.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, store in the refrigerator
