Obtained from onions grown locally and processed according to artisanal methods, this compote stands out for the perfect balance between natural sweetness and delicate aromatic notes. Careful processing and the use of a few essential ingredients allow us to preserve the authentic characteristics of the onion, giving life to a refined and versatile product, ideal in combination with mature cheeses, meats and gourmet preparations.
