Bolognese ragù is prepared according to a traditional recipe, using carefully selected beef to ensure a rich and harmonious flavour. It is slowly cooked with simple ingredients, carefully chosen to bring out the best qualities of the meat, without added preservatives or colourings. The result is a genuine product with a rich, well-balanced flavour, ideal for accompanying the great classics of Italian tradition.

Ingredients
Beef 75%, pork 5%, celery, onion, red wine (sulphites), Italian tomato purée, Italian extra virgin olive oil, natural flavourings, salt, pepper. No added preservatives or colourings. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
