Organic dry pasta produced exclusively with grains from the Bioagricola Bertoli company. The wheat is stowed in a controlled way and sent to Molino Borgioli, where it is worked without contamination with other grains. Subsequently, the semolina is sent to the pasta factory, which guarantees accurate, controlled and high quality process, thanks to its cutting -edge machinery. It is made exclusively with ancient grains, such as Senator Cappelli and Saragolla, which guarantee a high quality of gluten. Bronze driving and dried at very low temperatures. These production choices allow to obtain a product of excellence in which all the organoleptic characteristics are preserved and which makes a more digestible product obtain.
