Perché Ci Credo was born with the aim of enhancing the Mediterranean gastronomic tradition through authentic products, made with selected raw materials and simple and genuine processes. Provençal-style tapenade of black olives, capers and anchovies. Rich in Mediterranean flavours, it can be used as bruschetta, to season pasta, as an accompaniment to cheese or on pizza.
Ingredients
Black olives 42%, celery, onion, extra virgin olive oil, anchovies 9.3% (Engraulis encrasicolus – FAO and variable fishing methods), vinegar of wine (contains sulphites), capers, wine white (contains sulphites), garlic, salt.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 4-5 days.
