Milk, amaretti biscuits (sugar, apricot kernels, egg white, lactose, milk proteins, flavourings, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate), cream, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, amaretto liqueur (alcohol, water, sugar, flavourings, colouring: caramel), caramel (caramelised glucose syrup and sucrose), thickener: carrageenan.
