Available in two varieties, Gardini’s Cacao & Sale Dolce di Cervia® pralines offer two refined interpretations of the art of chocolate-making. The pistachio pralines feature an extra-dark chocolate shell enclosing a smooth pistachio ganache, while the caramel pralines combine a milk chocolate shell with an indulgent salted caramel centre. Both varieties are enhanced by the distinctive Sale Dolce di Cervia®, which intensifies their aromas and creates an elegant balance between sweetness and savouriness. Carefully selected ingredients and meticulous attention to flavour harmony make these pralines ideal for a sophisticated tasting experience, special occasions or as an elegant gourmet gift.

Ingredients
Dark chocolate with pistachio and salt filling:
Cocoa mass, sugar, pistachios (16%), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, Cervia whole sea salt (0.3%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of hazelnuts.
Origin of salt: EU (Italy). Origin of pistachios: EU (Italy – Sicily).

Milk chocolate with caramel and salt filling:
Sugar, hazelnuts, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, lactose, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar, Cervia whole sea salt (0.3%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of hazelnuts.
Origin of salt: EU (Italy). Origin of hazelnuts: EU (Italy – Piedmont).
