CANESTREJ OF BIELLA

Brusa is a family-run company, founded in 1974 in the Biella area, which combines the depth of Piedmontese tradition with an innovative and artisanal approach. Brusa's philosophy is based on a combination of respect for traditional knowledge and continuous research, to offer excellent quality.
Biella baskets are crispy, thin and light wafers, which enclose a heart of very fine dark chocolate inside. 
The recipe has its roots in ancient traditional Piedmontese "miasce". Canestrej are crunchy biscuits, refined and perfect for a tasty break that combines tradition and quality. 

Ingredients
Dark chocolate 70% (cocoa minimum 53%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: lecithin soy, natural vanilla flavouring), flour wheat soft type “0”, milk whole powder, corn flour, emulsifiers: lecithin soy, sugar, salt, leavening agents: ammonium bicarbonate; aromas. It can contain walnuts, hazelnuts, eggs, sesame seeds.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
