ORGANIC WHITE BITTER LIQUEUR CARLO CRACCO

Carlo Cracco Distillati was created from chef Carlo Cracco’s desire to bring the same pursuit of balance, elegance and quality that defines his cuisine to the world of liqueurs. Developed through extensive trials and experimentation in collaboration with the historic Distilleria Quaglia in the Asti area, the collection includes Organic Gin, Organic Limoncello and Organic White Bitter Liqueur. Organic ingredients, carefully selected botanicals and meticulous production methods create refined, contemporary aromatic profiles, designed for mixology, sipping and bringing character to the end of a meal.
This liqueur is made by distilling infusions of herbs and aromatic plants selected for their fragrance and intensity.
Herbs, roots and copper stills: these are the elements that accompanied a year of experimentation, careful measurements and trials in pursuit of excellence.
The result is an authentic-tasting liqueur made without colourings.

Water, alcohol*, sugar*, aromatic herb distillate*, hibiscus flowers, flowering heads of yarrow, liquorice root, Damask rose buds, Piedmont Roman wormwood, gentian root, red cinchona bark, coriander seeds, chamomile flowers, Madagascar vanilla, bitter orange peel, angelica root, wild thyme. *Organic ingredient.
